Garrett Ledford
Managing Partner
Garrett Ledford is the Managing Partner of Prime PEO Brokers, bringing over 13 years of experience in Employee Benefits and Human Capital Management to the firm. Throughout his career, Garrett has established himself as a trusted advisor and strategic thinker, leveraging his expertise to deliver innovative solutions for his clients.
Residing in La Vernia, TX, just outside of San Antonio, Garrett enjoys life with his wife, Katie, and their three children. Family and community are central to Garrett’s life. When he’s not working, he devotes his time to volunteering at his local church, coaching his kids’ youth sports teams, and playing sports.
Alexis Fedewa
Partner & Director of Client Relations
Alexis Fedewa is a Partner at Prime PEO Brokers, bringing nearly two decades of expertise in Human Capital Management and Employee Benefits. Drawing from her extensive experience in the insurance brokerage industry and her time working with the largest Professional Employer Organization (PEO) in the country, Alexis offers clients a well-rounded perspective. She consults with businesses to navigate their options and develop customized strategies, whether they choose to leverage PEOs or pursue other directions.
A graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Alexis applies her education and hands-on experience to support her clients’ needs effectively. Residing in La Vernia, TX, just outside of San Antonio, she enjoys life with her husband and their four boys, with family always at the heart of her priorities.
When Alexis isn’t working, she devotes her time to her family, her church, and her community. She enjoys cheering on her boys in their sports activities, participating in local initiatives, and finding ways to uplift those around her.
Ryan Murphy
Vice President of Sales
Ryan has over 12 years of experience in the PEO industry, starting in 2013 with ADP TotalSource, one of the nation’s top PEO providers. Ryan enjoyed a successful career at ADP, earning President’s Club honors for his outstanding sales performance. In 2022, Ryan joined forces with Prime PEO Brokers to provide better solutions to small businesses seeking PEO services. His primary goal is to help companies navigate the PEO landscape, ensuring they are paired with a provider that aligns with their unique needs and budget.
Ryan is happily married to his wife, Stephanie, and together they are proud parents to their nearly 2-year-old son, Logan.
Taio Book
Senior HCM Consultant
Taio Book is an accomplished Human Capital Management (HCM) Consultant and outside technology sales professional with Prime PEO Brokers, bringing over 20 years of experience in workforce solutions, business consulting, and HR strategy. Taio specializes in helping organizations streamline operations and support their employees through customized solutions in payroll, HR technology, benefits administration, and compliance.
With decades of industry insight, Taio offers clients a unique advantage leveraging insider knowledge of how workforce systems operate while maintaining a client-first approach focused on long-term success. Taio partners closely with business leaders to reduce risk, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall employee experience through strategic people solutions.
Taio is a proud graduate of Gonzaga University, where she played collegiate tennis and earned a business degree with a concentration in Human Resources and Marketing. Her background as both an athlete and consultant has shaped a disciplined, relationship-driven approach to serving clients and building lasting partnerships.
Outside of work, Taio is happily married and a proud mother of three active kids involved in a wide range of sports and band. When shes not helping businesses grow, you can find her cheering from the sidelines for her children, or supporting her beloved Gonzaga Bulldogs (Go Zags!).
Magnus Karlsson
VP, Strategic Partnerships
Magnus has over 22 years of experience in the PEO industry, starting in 2004 with Paychex, one of the nations top Payroll and PEO providers. Magnus enjoyed a successful career at Paychex, As the only person in Paychex history to achieve the number one sales rep in two separate business divisions (HRS and PEO). Magnus achieved 21 straight Presidents clubs during his tenure at Paychex.
In 2026, Magnus joined forces with Prime PEO Brokers to provide better solutions to small businesses seeking PEO services. His primary goal is to help companies navigate the PEO landscape, ensuring they are paired with a provider that aligns with their unique needs and budget. Magnus is happily married to his wife, Mary Ann, and together they are proud parents to two boys Markus (18 years old ) and Mattias (16 years old).
